Fortune School covers the total cost of health benefits for our credentialed teachers and their families, which includes medical (provided by KAISER), dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, we offer a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer contributions of up to 4%, employee assistance programs (EAPs), paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and designated days for staff development. Our payroll is issued on a semi-monthly basis, with payments made on the 15th and the final day of the month.
